How to reach the lantern desk
Email lanterndesk@lumendraft.app for product questions, privacy requests, or help understanding Flame outbound consent. We read English-language mail about LumenDraft.
What we can help with
- Using Desk, vision writing, Voice loom, Lantern Co-create, Diff, and share cards
- Permission prompts (camera, mic, speech, photo-library add)
- Clarifying that this tip is free (no StoreKit / Wick purchases) and does not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt
- Stopping further DeepSeek outbound after you previously consented (uninstall clears local consent; we can also walk you through options)
What we cannot do
- Recover drafts or covers after you delete the app or wipe the device — data is local
- Process App Store purchase refunds for in-app items, because this tip sells none
- Provide legal, medical, or financial advice, or guarantee AI wording quality
